Traveling halfway around the world, Karl Lagerfeld’s resort collection was debuted in Singapore. The show opened with some classic Chanel staples paying homage to the thirties. Yvette Yang, a Korean artist based in Paris, combines typography and runway fashion in her ongoing series called Fashion-Font. Beginning with F/W 2007 and progressing through the seasons since, Yang hand-collages a different alphabet featuring current trends. She has also participated in designer-specific collaborations, such as this one with Chanel we have featured below. Enjoy!
