The fall collection of Valentino’s younger line, Red Valentino, took a page out of the Brothers Grimm’s “Hansel and Gretel.” Creative Directors, Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pierpaolo Piccioli, put together a lineup full of whimsical and folkloric elements. Love this collection of dresses created by Japanese artist Rie Hosokai. The pieces were made from inflated balloons and produced through a custom type ‘knitting’ of white balloons to gradually build a fragile, but wearable frock. So impressive! What are your thoughts? Enjoy…x
