Spring 2014 saw a wonderful continuation in designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana’s multi season ode to the island of Sicily. Where last fall, we saw early Christian and papal influences; this Spring brought about a classical revision that celebrated Greco-Roman architecture and currency, mixed with fragile botanical designs, traditional lace and the occasional smattering of polka dot print.
We love the pairs undying love of their homeland, and what better way to represent Milan Fashion Week than with this latest collection from the now infamous duo? Here are some of our favorites. Enjoy!
