I’d like to thank you all for your continuous support and lovely comments. Being at the Oscars was a grand moment for me (thank you SO much, Stephanie).
One of the highlights of the day, of course, was talking to the celebrities about their gowns, jewelry, and hair. Seeing everything in person, touching the details and just taking it all in; I am still buzzing with inspiration artistically.
But clearly the number one highlight of the night was having stars come up to me and compliment me about my gorgeous gown and how I looked. It was so humbling. A handful even told me I was “best dressed”. Such a fantastic experience.
Special thanks to Lisa Folawiyo and the entire Jewel By Lisa team for the gorgeous emerald gown. I live for that train! Grateful to Jeweler Michael Raven for inviting me to his showroom to pick out whatever I wanted. And I can’t forget to mention the wonderful makeup stylings of Carmela Argueta, she is such a doll; I’ve never felt so glamorous.
