Famed Photographer Steven Meisel’s Beverly Hills Home

Famed fashion photographer, Steven Miesel, who is best known for shooting major ad campaigns (Versace, Prada, Roberto Cavalli, Louis Vuitton, Balenciaga…to mention a few), recently opened up his stylish Beverly Hills home to Architectural Digest.

“I was looking at houses in Los Angeles, and I fell in love with Trousdale Estates,” the photographer says, referring to the neighborhood that inspired his Versace images. “Back then it wasn’t popular at all. I remember asking my friend Herb Ritts about it and he told me, ‘It’s for old 1960s movie stars. Nobody lives there.’”

The pictures below are such a tease–don’t you just want to see more? Enjoy…xx

Amazing photos!  I have learned over the years, no matter how  beautiful a space is, if its not photographed properly, the beauty is lost!  Great post!

Ok...is it just me but who has a desk and casual seating area with a coffee table in the bathroom?
