So while Greg and I were at Zara the other day, I came across these sandals on our way out. They were on sale for 50% off. Fell in love with the color, but not the style.
You know why? This is a DIY version. The original style was not only multi strapped, it also had a “T” strap all the way to the ankle. I bought them anyway because I envisioned the potential. Haha.
When we got home, I brought out my scissors and went to work. Though Greg suggested wearing the original style once before deciding, I didn’t have the patience and I’d already made up my mind.
After straps of leather flying everywhere, we were both pleased with the outcome. They fit comfortably after the DIY. Definitely a good $39 well spent!
