It was blazing hot on Saturday, so I wore this neon tank dress from Elli (Century City). It comes in this color and a neon orange. Light enough to keep cool, but also not sheer to have to layer under.
Personally, I think they run a size small?! Definitely a perfect lounge dress to wear with flats.
