As the videos came streaming in from the first day of MBFW, I was pleasantly impressed. Nicholas K’s Fall 2012 collection was a mixture of grunge and “Old Wild, Wild West” while Candela brought an element of elegant boho chic to fashion week.
Honor and Tadashi Shoji collections were sophisticated and red-carpet worthy, two favorites.
Chadwick Bell reminded me of a flirty “first lady.” Haha. Loved both the green polka dots & ruffled maxi dresses.
Richard Chai had a lot of masculine inspired pieces. Strong and structured, but with with delicate fabrics in some pieces. Adored all the wide leg pants for sure.
BCBG was another stunning collection. Add that to our favorites list. I mean…it was filled with feminine color-block dresses and jumpsuits. That’s kind of a no brainer, right? Enjoy…xx
