School Boy Blazer + Military Sweater + Ruffle Maxi Dress

Los Angeles weather is perfection right now. The kind of weather where you can get away with sandals as long as you are bundled up.

It also allows for maximizing your summer closet (that I never pack up). I have on a spaghetti strap ruffle maxi dress from H&M. This is what it looks like. I have compromised & layered it for fall.

Wearing a Jcrew.com School Boy Blazer available here. A military sweater like this one.

I’m quite sure the dress is long gone from H&M, but you can achieve the same look with this Elizabeth and James dress or this Juicy Couture piece on sale. And

I really envy whoever scoops up this Tibi dress on sale at Neimans. Dresses like this make me wish I had a smaller chest. Lol.

If you want to go the skirt route. This is amazing and on sale. Enjoy…xx

PS – My sweater was a tad long, so I folded it in. It created extra bulk around the waist, so to avoid that, go for a sweater shorter in length.

I love that dress with a top over it…..Its a little too cold for that material in Dallas at the moment.

Thanks, Jen. Another option will be to wear a pair of legging & boots under. There are ways around it 🙂 x
