I saw these super cute  hair accessories on the Loving Your Hair with Natural Care Workshop’s FB Fan Page and was instantly inspired to post.

The creator, BoutiqueDeBandeaux, is an aspiring actress who has a love affair with tulle, flowers and ruffles. She hopes to use the revenue from her Etsy shop to return back to school to complete her degree.
