On Saturday after my lil man’s soccer game, Greg, the kids and I rushed over to Santa Monica to steal a quick hello and hug from Patrice of Afrobella.com, who was in town for a beauty conference.
We got there and things happened really fast. It went from a quick ‘meet up’ to Patrice introducing me to beautiful inspirational women in the industry. And then all of a sudden, she had me hooked up for an interview for Style Pantry. I was just swinging by to say hi – Definitely didn’t expect everything else.
I already knew that Patrice is a darling. We spoke the night before and we correspond online, but meeting her in person surpassed everything. There are really no words to perfectly describe it. She is such a gem.
