From the moment I laid eyes on Russian designer, Ulyana Sergeenko’s, fall/winter 2011 lookbook, I smiled.. eager to share this collection of modern day “Little House on the Prairie” styles.
What impressed me most about this collection, besides the 1940’s pin-up hair, hourglass silhouettes and fur hand warmer muffs were the shoes.
They superbly demonstrated how retro styles can be transformed into contemporary – Simply by updating the accessories.
Ulyana’s debut lookbook is retro perfection. Click here to visit her blog. Enjoy.. xx
