Military Jacket + AA Illustrated Chiffon Dress

Sunday was a somewhat gloomy day.

After resting it up, Greg and I decided to start our day in the evening. It was little cold, so I added a military jacket to my look.

My maxi dress was gifted to me by American Apparel. It’s this Illustrated Chiffon A-Line Maxi Dress. It’s quite sheer, so I wore lace biker shorts underneath.

It’s similar to the yellow dress I wore here, but I wore a light pair of footless tights with this. Enjoy.. xo

Thank you, D. Totally in love with military jackets & vests. Enjoy yours :)

Aw, stop it. You won't look like a Christmas tree. I'm pretty sure you can pull of any look. Thanks for stopping by :)

Ok. I love the military jacket with the maxi, but really, really LOVE the beaded bib necklace. Where did you get it and what are your favorite sources for jewelry. I always adore your accessories! Van // The Clothes We Wear // Wearing motherhood with style.

Thank you. My favorite places for jewelry are vintage stores and swap meets. I also make a lot of random purchases. The one in this pic is either from Lulus or Modcloth. Can't remember right now..

Ok so I thought your necklace was part of the dress... it looks sooo good... I love coming on here and seeing your AMAZING STYLE.... sigh.....

Aw, thank you, June. You are always so sweet. I appreciate it. x

Thanks, Zeinabou. No the dress is not racer back. Actually, the front and back are similar :)

That neck piece is awesome!!! Never thought about mixing such a pretty dress with military!..It works SO well...thank you again for YET another stunning ensemble!

Thank you much, Pam. Personally, I would mix military or leather jacket with a pretty dress. I think it gives your look an edge and also shows that "it's not that serious" Lol.. x

You are just so inspiring.........

Aw, man, thank you, Brittany. Appreciate it.
