After what seemed like a long and busy week, Natalie & I got together for a GNO (girl’s night out). Of course, we brought Frida along. Natalie’s little sweetie.
She is the most well behaved and friendliest dog I have ever met.
We stayed in our neighborhood and took some outfit pictures before dinner.
My earrings are handmade/painted by the talented Yumnah Najah Designs. She was featured here last month. She sent me three lovely earrings in the mail and I was pleasantly surprised. Can’t wait to rock them all.
I’m wearing Afrobella‘s All of My Purple Life lipglass for Mac Cosmetics. This time, I wore it by itself. Nothing under or over – just two coats of the lipglass. I have been wearing it every evening for night outs with Greg.
I had my sandals custom made in Thailand when Greg and I were there. I will show more pictures soon, but the leather is out of this world. It will last a very long time.
My dear friend Natalie Rotman and her rescue dog Frida. I had to share that picture of her jumping. It reminded me of America’s Next Top model – when the girls are asked to keep a straight face, while do all kinds of crazy moves and jumps.. haha.
Based on what we both have going on in our lives right now, our fortune cookie messages were just what we needed.
After dinner, we walked around our ‘hood’ and spent the rest of our evening at the Anthropologie store. These plastic plates are decorations in front of the store on Beverly. Beautiful colors.
Fell in love with this couch. The print/fabric reminded me of home (Nigeria), and Jewel by Lisa pieces here.

I have to say, these earrings are so freaking light. I thought they were going to be heavy by just looking at them, but I was completely wrong. I’m so impressed and more in love with all of her designs.

This reminds be of when my bestfriend DaNee' and I would go to out local department store and go up to the Home Decor/Bedding at that time I believe we were in Famous~Barr, wow how time flies..We we like 10! We would pick which made up bed would be hours and jump rght in them. No photo ops at that time though :( Your photos remind me of the good times. I love the print on Natalie! I can see Yumnah beng inspired again lol.
