PS – The video is so cute, and I love the soundtrack!

  1. SUMMER EVENING OUTFIT:  I can see a long pleated or chiffon maxi skirt with a vibrant color like, coral or seafoam. I would pair it with a cropped top, long pendant necklace, and tooled leather satchel and just to combat is nighttime breeze I would have a tribal printed scarf that could be  used as a shawl if weather called for it and gladiator flats. Of course this is with California weather in mind, so nothing too extreme. The look would achieve a carefree, boho vibe that could go from an afternoon at the local farmer’s market, to a evening bonfire with friends.

Ok! Picture it white fitted pants with red pumps/heels and a scooped neck fitted white blouse…accessories climbing each arm, topped off with a floppy whicker sun hat and shades! For night grab the black clutch, hang the hat and sprinkle your ears with Chandelier earrings and a couple of large bangles on each arm! Voila!

    • Disregard this one 🙁 Not for sure why there was not a picture) ! Trying to figure out how to delete lol

The Perfect Summer day outfit is cut off jean shorts, fresh white dashiki shirt, nice pair of brown sandals, wide brown belt with big hardware, fedora and beaded necklace.

  5. Although jeans are staple in my wardrobe and are worn all year round. I try to wear it less in the summer. My perfect summer style includes anything sheer and flowy. I am thinking of making another sheer puchase:http://www.shophallelu.com/gallery/detail.aspx?id=345519
I love to feel fabric lightly touch my body as the breeze blows.I also like maxi dresses and maxi skirts. Of course sheer can easily move from day to night. The peek a boo of sheer is sexy for the night life. Keep a light jacket handy, and some extra jewelry in the purse along with a provocative hot pink or red lipstick, apply these when leaving the office and you are ready for the night!

I think a day to night summer look is ALL about the accessories! You can wear jeans and tennis shoes while out during the day maybe sailing or doing some sporty activity, even shopping 😉 I also like ballet flats for a little more style and a flowy sort of shear tank top over a sexy camisole. Then for night throw on your sexiest pair of heals, some large bracelets, necklace, dangley earrings, and grab a clutch purse. I also like to wear my hair up during the day as it’s quite long. I’ll usually do some kind of braided up-do after I take a shower to keep it off my neck and cool. Then at night I take it down and it has a nice summery wave to it. 😉

my perfect summer day to night outfit is a black silk romper.  during the day, the romper can be fun and easy for shopping, errands or a museum with a great pair of wedge platform sandals (i always envision an amazing pair i got from kenneth cole reaction about 5-6 years back.  they still look great.), large silver hoop earrings, a silver cuff (saw something delish on the tiffany website) and a woven leather tote in a bright color (am thinking bottega veneta, in lime perhaps.)  and sunnies of course!  victoria beckham has some great shapes.

for evening, up the wow factor.  louboutin’s balota in fuschia or pierre hardy’s ‘skyline’ heel.  kate spade bixby clutch would work with the PH heels, i think.  otherwise halston heritage clutch in metal mesh. long dangling earrings and a couple of tastefully blingy bangles to complete the look.

Just a simple summer dress with jeweled flats during the day and switching to cowboy boots and or heels (possible nude colored pumps) depending on the location for the evening. I typically like playing with accessories and color during the summer. I like to keep it simple since it so hot in my hometown. I am definitely not good with descriptions, but I tried. :o)

i am in LOVE with this book! it’s going to be perfect to read when i have nothing to wear to class!!! anywhoo, my perfect summer outfit would probably include a light summery dress that hits just above the knee with a light blazer over it along with some type of sandal. i like simple things in the summer and get too fussy. my staples are shorts and light breezy tops.

OK, if it’s a real hot summer day (as it should be), I’m all about light, flowy fabrics, so I’d go for a short or midi vintage dress with a crazy print and an incredibly light silk vest in a contrasting color. plus: a cool clutch, some heels, a straw hat and loads of vintage and modern jewelry. keeping it simple, yet stylish!

Great giveaway!! I think an easy day to night outfit would be with an LBD. For work during the day, I would pair it with some bright patterned heels and a blazer; and for night I would take off the blazer and add a statement necklace!
