You have seen this skirt before. I made it after I searched all over for a royal blue, sheer maxi skirt and couldn’t find one. I made it in a yellow as well.
I’m in the process of ‘trying’ to make another. In a different style, cut and fabric. Will share when I’m done.
Hint: It’s going to have tiered ruffles.
