According to WWD, Versace is joining several other luxury fashion brands, including Lanvin and Gucci, that have launched or plan to launch high-end children’s clothing lines.
The collection is reported to launch in 2012. It will be aimed at infants and young children through age 12.
“This is a high-end, glamorous and colorful collection in line with the brand’s essence, with a touch of rock ‘n’ roll.” Gian Giacomo Ferraris, chief executive officer of Versace SpA. xo
