How To Dress For A Playdate

So the kids have a “play date” today. I know, it took a while for me to get used to that term and I have been here for almost 9 years. It just means that they are hanging out, meeting up at the park, or meeting up to play for a specific number of hours. Blah.

On days that I carry a bag for the kids (I refused to tote a diaper bag), I don’t wear a bag for myself – there’s no point having two bags on my shoulder. I opted for this Onna Ehrlich wrist leather clutch. By the way, it comes in about 6 to 7 colors and on sale here. I have everything I need in there.

PS- I have a black leather biker jacket to wear on top if it gets windy/cold (not pictured). Right now, the sun is out and it feels good.

Aw, thank you, Kiianah. I only use Vaseline on my skin. Sometimes, I mix it with baby oil. As for my face, I don't use foundation or powder. My makeup consists of black eyeliner (as you can see.) and brown lip gloss. I just got into the eyeliner thing :) Truthfully, the reasons I never got into foundation or any other form of makeup are, 1. I don't like washing my face before going to bed. 2. It rubs off on clothes.. Call me weird, but those are my reasons :)
