Lady Gaga Wears Raw Meat

Lady Gaga wears a raw meat “dress” on the cover of the September issue of Vogue Hommes Japan. What do you all think? This is certainly not a good look. I know she could care less, and sets her own rule, but she is definitely pushing it. What would PETA say? Lol.
