Payless Shoe Source recently announced that the Isabel Toledo for Payless fall collection will launch September 7th at select Payless stores across the U.S., Canada, Puerto Rico, the Philippines, countries in the Middle East, and Russia and at Payless.com. Prices for shoes in the collection will range from $35 to $60. It isn’t September 7th yet, but some of the items from the collection are already on sale here on Payless.com.
