Janet Jackson Cuts Her Hair (ALL OFF)

I’m a big Janet fan. Well, I love the whole Jackson family, especially Michael. But we are talking about Janet right now. Since we usually don’t do this on SP (talk about celebs unless fashion related), you have to know how big of a fan I am. I wonder if she cut it off for her birthday…which was on the 16th? Oh well. What do you think?
