This Citadel house or apartment complex is designed by Dutch firm, Waterstudio. The Citadel is the world’s first floating apartment structure designed in an effort to combat rising water levels. The project is directed by Koen Oithuis. The house will house 60 luxury apartments. Can’t imagine how fun it’d be to live in one of these, but what happens if you can’t swim and you sleep-walk? Lol. Just a thought!

Does the apartment also rise when the water level does so? That's so neat! I wonder if there's a cap to the number of people that can be inside the structure at the same time, or a weight limit to the furniture and equipment that you can put inside. - Mie Jensen
PERFECT! i want to have one .., im sure that that apartment is very refreshing and comfortable, but isnt it more dangerous because it is surrounded by water ?
