Missoni opened their very own first hotel last month. The hotel’s interior is filled with bold colors: fuchsia, red, orange, purple and acid green. There are six floors, 137 rooms and seven suites. According to wwd, guests can get a fantastic view of the majestic Edinburg Castle, sea and rugged volcanic hills. A second hotel is set to open in Kuwait in the fall, while another is said to be completed in time for the 2010 World Cup football tournament in Cape Town, South Africa. There are also plans for Oman in 2011 and Brazil. I think we are most excited that all employees will wear Missoni-designed uniforms.
